Upon placing your order, you can view order updates in the “My Account” section on the website. This is located at the bottom of every page. You will also receive an automatic email notification once your item has shipped, along with a copy invoice. Depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout, this email will also include tracking numbers if applicable.

We will get started on your order as soon as we receive it. If the item doesn’t require customisation, we aim to ship within 2-3 days; for transfers, stocked t-shirt / hoodie sizes. For resin designs, we aim to ship within 5-7 days. As each of these items are usually made to order. For customised items, i.e. change of colour or size to a non stocked item; this will be an additional 3-4 days on top of shipping. But we will keep you updated and try to get your item out as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please login via the “My Account” page, located in the sub menu at the bottom of every page. Navigate to orders and select the “refund” option. Please provide a reason for return and as much additional information as possible. All of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. You can select the service you require when checking out your order from your basket. Please Note we are not held liable for any actions taken by the courier service, Royal Mail, in relation to industrial strikes / action’s, as these are outside of our control.
