What is your returns policy?

To initiate a return, please login via the “My Account” page, located in the sub menu at the bottom of every page. Navigate to orders and select the “refund” option. Please provide a reason for return and as much additional information as possible. If you are outside of the 14 day return window and are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know.
